The location is in a fantastic spot on the way from Stockholm to a holiday further North for canoeing around Swedish lakes. the staff is friendly and the breakfasts cater to all tastes.

Good hotel for a visit in Karlstad. Breakfast and dinner were perfectly all right. We were here for one night passing through and were satisfied. We could even park for free, as we happened to arrive on Sunday.

This hotel is located in the centre of the city on one of the shopping streets. Parking in front of the hotel is possible max. for loading and unloading, but sometimes difficult to realize. Otherwise you can park in the car park opposite for a fee. Those who wish a high standard of the dinner do not need to use the half board, as its buffet choice is very clear and if one does not get the just refilled food, the food is also not long warm. There are enough restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast buffet is completely o.k.

The staff were all very nice and courteous. We booked an extremely spacious and fantastic room in good condition, everything was brand-new. Warm and exceptionally nice breakfasts for all tastes, truly enjoyed it. The location was great, because a train station was based next to the property. Had a really, really nice stay for an additional night.

The breakfast selection was very good - they had chocolate cake and waffles. The room was spacious, had lots of natural light, and included a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The hotel's location is central and conveniently close to the train station.
